Asian Shrimp and Noodle Soup 8 c Water
4 pk Ramen noodle soup
12 oz Shrimp; frozen, cooked, Deveined
1 ts Dark Oriental sesame oil
1/4 ts Red pepper, crushed
1/2 c Green onions; chopped
1/3 c Carrots, shredded
4 Lime wedges
Bring 3-4 qt pot of water to boil. Break up noodles, add to pot, and
cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
Remove from heat. Immediately stir in shrimp, seasoning packets,
oil, and crushed red pepper. Let stand 1 minute. Serve with lime
wedges on the side.
